Back at it

I'm writing. It feels good. I told my inner editor to shut up and, lo and behold, he did. 1840 words on Monday, 1057 words last night. I'm on a roll and enjoying it. I want to have part one done by the end of this month. Written, anyway. That way, I can use part two for NaNoWriMo. Or maybe I can use NaNoWriMo for part two. Either way, I want to have part two done by the end of November. Just to see if I can do it. So far, the story is 26,716 words long. I figure there's probably about half that much left for part one.

Wish me luck,

Liam

Good to hear you're writing.

Now, what will REALLY impress me is seeing you FINISH writing something. That seems to have been your stumbling block in the past.

No other projects! Finish this one...whatever it may be!

And good luck. :)

Dude, I've finished the last half-dozen things I've started.

I'd just like to see you finish the Johnathan story so there won't be 500 papers in our house with bits and pieces of the story written on it. I'm always scared I'll throw one out by accident and wreck your writing.

AHA! Your spouse seems to disagree with you!

THIS is not one of the last half-dozen things I've started. I've been at this one, off and on, since 1994.

Good job, Liam.

AHA! Off and on! As in, you keep getting distracted with other projects...exactly what I'm encouraging you to avoid!

I am such an ass.

Speaking of punkery, have you been writing at all, Cliff?
